1. All bookings for all Conference sessions are final, non-refundable and/or non-transferable upon payment. If the Conference and/or any Master Classes are cancelled for any reason, a full refund will be provided.

2. If the event is cancelled or the date is changed for any reason, the event organisers are not responsible for any loss from cancelled travel arrangements (such as hotel accommodation, airfares, etc.).

3. The event organisers are not responsible for user errors made during booking and/or payment and cannot assist in corrections after payment.

4. The Conference Speakers List and venues are subject to change if a specific speaker and/or location becomes unavailable for whatever reason.
